Before we send your stationery to print, we’ll always share a digital proof with you for approval. Please check your proof carefully, including all spelling, grammar, dates, names, and other details.
Once you have confirmed you are happy with your stationery and given us approval to print, no further changes can be made.
If, after approving the proof, you later notice an error (for example, a spelling mistake, missing word, or incorrect detail), we cannot make amendments without a re-print charge. Any re-prints will be charged in full.
By approving your proof, you accept full responsibility for ensuring all details are correct.
