Due to the custom nature of our wedding stationery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ururamoments.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
