Take a look before booking any packages

If you are considering booking, please carefully read through our terms and conditions. If anything is not covered here, do not hesitate to get in touch via the enquire page.

Should you wish to book with us you will be given a copy of the below. You will be asked to read through this, and then sign & return a contract to us. Once the form has been filled out and returned you are agreeing to abide by the below terms & conditions. 


A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, this ensures that your date is secure. The remainder is payable 2 weeks prior to your wedding or event date. 


If URURA Moments fail to appear at the time & place specified above, you will receive a full refund including the deposit amount – unless the cancellation falls under the terms of force majeure (see below). 


We understand the planning process is a hectic time so we will send you a friendly reminder 6 weeks prior to your event requesting the final balance. 


A consultation can be scheduled with you at any point free of charge to discuss ideas and a full plan of where you would like the items staging on your day, along with any other queries you may have to ensure the setup runs smoothly. 

Damage & lost items

In the event of any damages, breakages &/or missing items occurring you will be expected to pay the exact cost of the item/s within the days following your wedding so that we can get this replaced as quickly as possible so that our next bride & groom are able to enjoy it in the same way that you did. We hope that you respect this procedure.

Force majeure or act of god

If we cannot perform or believe we may not be able to perform this agreement in whole or in part, due to a fire, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism (domestic or foreign), epidemic or pandemic (including covid-19), action of any governmental authority (including a government order as defined by the acting government), national or regional emergency, other casualty, act of god, or other cause beyond the control of the parties involved, whether or not foreseeable (“force majeure event”), then we will give notice to the client as soon as possible, after we have determined that a force majeure event will or may prevent URURA Moments from performing under this agreement. 


We will have no obligation to attend the event under this agreement & have no liability for delays or failures to attend due to a force majeure event. 


We may, at our discretion, work with the client to find an alternative date for the event that is suitable for both client and supplier. To the extent the parties cannot agree on a suitable replacement date consistent with our availability we may offer to refund fees paid, less any amounts necessary to cover expenses & work already performed by URURA Moments related to the event, including, but not limited to, pre-wedding communications, development of timelines, & preparation of props & decor for the event. 


Although our props and lighting are ideal for outdoor use we request that all items are only used in dry weather conditions. Please make decisions carefully. We request that you do not move our large or fragile items after we have placed them in position. In the instance that this is unavoidable we will advise you on the best way to do so. 


If you choose to move any of our items this is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible if injury occurs as a result of objects or items being moved by anyone that is not a staff member of the URURA Moments team. 


Please ensure you have permission from the venue to hang items/decor from ceiling/walls etc. So we are able work around this and make you aware prior to payment if an item on your list is not suitable for your chosen venue.

Delivery & travel

Fuel is worked out at 50p per mile & will be discussed at the time of booking.


If your chosen venue is more than a 2-hour drive (one way) from our base, we may require an overnight stay - this will be discussed at the time of booking.

Pricing notice

We reserve the right to make changes to our package & individual pricing at any time without notice. Your booking price will not increase once your deposit has been paid.

Additional information

Candles are not automatically included but we can source/provide them for you. Please let us know if you wish for us to do this for you.  


We are fully insured - certificate available upon request.
